Asheville Treetops Adventure Park is an exciting Asheville Attraction comprised of over 77 unique climbing, rolling, walking, jumping, swinging, and rappelling challenges on 7 aerial trails anchored to over 30 trees and towering poles tucked into a wooded park just minutes from downtown Asheville. Take flight on a zipline canopy tour just minutes from downtown Asheville, yet surprisingly set amongst 150+ year old majestic white and red oaks. Asheville Zipline Canopy Adventures offers the best of many worlds. It is convenient and exciting, it is urban with views of downtown Asheville, and it is set on a 124 acre resort and designated tree preserve perched in and amongst some of the oldest and largest oak trees in Asheville. KidZip is Asheville’s greatest kid’s adventure! Bring the whole family to experience all of the Adventure Center of Asheville.

Kid Zip is America’s first zipline adventure designed for kids 4-10 years old. It includes 9 Ziplines and 4 fun climbing elements. It is a self-guided tour with the exception of an adult escort.  The ziplines range from 50 feet to 250 feet long.  They range from 25 feet high to ground level. Reservations are suggested!

Did you say Kolo? Yes, it rhymes with flow. Here you’ll find about 4 miles of purpose -built mountain bike trail on rolling terrain designed for all levels of rider to experience flow.

The park is designed for all rider levels. Whether you’re just learning, taking it easy, or looking to push your edge a bit – you can find a taste of it at Kolo Bike Park.

Bike rentals are available for use both at the park or for your own Asheville cycling adventure anywhere in our Western North Carolina mountains. We’ll be glad to tell you where to find some other great Asheville biking trails and roads.

Our inventory of available bicycles for rent includes front suspension mountain bikes, dual suspension mountain bikes, kid’s bikes, road bikes, city/comfort bikes, and even Mountain eBikes!

Our bike rentals and E-MTB rentals can be used at our park, or around the many Ebike friendly destinations in Western North Carolina.

Experience our ultimate driving (and riding) off-road experience at Adventure Moutain in Barnardsville, NC, just 20 minutes from Asheville.  

Drive or Ride our Guided Tours in 4-person Off-Road Vehicles (ORVs) on 200 acres of scenic mountain trails climbing up 1,400 feet on Adventure Mountain.  With an elevation of 4,200 feet at the peak, Adventure Mountain off-road trails travel through hardwood forests and extreme mountain terrain.   Start with a training area to develop your off-road skills, then follow our guide for hours of fun on narrow trails, rock and log obstacles, hill climbs, and spectacular views.

ACA offers programs for Kids all year long! 2024 Summer Camp is open and booking now. Spring 2024, Kolo Bike Park offers a Monthly Afterschool Club, Saturday Shred Sessions, Intro to Mountain Bike Clinic and Private Mountain Bike Lessons. 

Celebrate the Summer with family and friends. Imagine climbing 40 feet in the air and zipping along a hang glider or a sky kayak in the largest adventure park in Western North Carolina. Then, as the sun starts to set, the challenges become illuminated with over 15,000 colored twinkle and laser lights. Five of the Adventure Park’s aerial trails become illuminated with all their leaves, cables, ropes and platforms.

This mystical climbing experience is offered Saturday Nights this summer from June 1- August 31 at 7:45 pm.  Our Twilight Climb is a great way to celebrate with friends and family.  It can also be a fun way to have a date!

At the Adventure Center of Asheville, there are so many unique outdoor Birthday Party options in one location at our Kid Zip, Treetops Adventure Park, and Kolo Bike Park!

Stepping out of your comfort zone and riding a hang glider that is 30 feet in the air or zipping off a 25-foot platform or crushing a berm or gap jump is an exhilarating experience that the birthday boy or girl, their family, and friends will not forget!
