2021 Spring Break Camp Adventure Style!
While we have been enjoying playing in the snow this winter, we are also looking forward to and planning for the warmer months. That’s why we are so excited to have our first ever Spring Break Adventure Camp, April 5-9, 2021 for ages 8-15! If your family is hoping to stay closer to home for spring break this year, or your camper misses the thrill of our adventure activities, this is a wonderful opportunity that you don’t want to miss out on. With many of our kids being stuck at home during this pandemic, at the Adventure Center of Asheville, we are happy to offer a wide variety of outdoor adventure programs this spring at our 100-acre property. Get your kids off screens and in the fresh moutnain air for some fun socialization with peers. While we offer outdoor exercise mixed with immersive experiential learning, we are also teaching kids skills that range from mountain biking to critical thinking and problem solving.
Your camper will be soaring through the sky- either on our Asheville Zipline Canopy Tour, or our KidZip, and climbing in the trees on our one-of-a-kind TreeQuest. They will be challenging themselves on our Treetops Adventure Park through courses in various difficulties, with bridges, rolling elements, tunnels, balance beams and more. From riding our state of the art mountain bikes through KOLO Bike Park, to hiking a mountain, your camper will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature. With a new activity each day, as well as team building initiatives, group games, and time on our new bouldering wall, campers will never get bored!
With a majority of schools in the surrounding area still online learning, we understand the need for your children to connect with others their age in a safe, controlled environment. We are tailoring our activities to allow campers to connect with each other through team building, communication, and of course, adventure!
Attendance for Spring Break Adventure Camp is limited and we will be following all of our COVID-19 protocols. For a list of those click here and to find out how they relate to camps, please view the bottom of our camps page. Campers are required to wear face masks for the majority of camp time.
